Terms & Conditions

For custom fabrication works, Maxfab Custom Fabrication may require a 50% deposit prior to commencement of works.

The deposit covers the initial purchase of materials, components and other costs associated with commencing the fabrication.

Work will commence once the required deposit has been received and cleared. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the works, prior to collection or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits paid for custom fabrication work may be non-refundable where materials have been purchased, fabrication has commenced, or costs have been incurred specifically for the customer's project.

Any changes to the agreed scope of works, specifications or design after commencement may result in additional charges and/or a revised quotation.

By accepting the quotation and/or paying the required deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Payment is required upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed.
